To book an appointment you will need an email consultation so I can accurately quote you and get a clear understanding of what you want your tattoo to look like and include.
The best way to do this is to use the Booking Enquiry Form, remembering to complete all required fields. Once I’ve got all the relevant information and you are happy with your quote I will send you a link to my diary where you can book a suitable appointment for you.
Sometimes I will suggest that you come in for an in-person consultation to discuss your ideas but if you feel you’d prefer to consult and book in person this can be arranged.
Still complete the Booking Enquiry Form as usual with all the relevant information and just say you’d like to arrange an in studio consultation.
This is a very difficult question to answer as there are lots of variables such as the tattoo location, the style, the amount of detail and the size.
The absolute minimum charge for a tattoo is £50, the hourly rate is £60 per hour when running on time (determining the cost by on how long it takes to complete the tattoo – big pieces such as sleeve work or ongoing projects) and so a 7 hour day session falls at £420.
Smaller tattoos are quoted as set pieces at £80 per hour. For an accurate quote I will need clear information from the consultation.

Yes. However, card payments can only be taken via the Tidycal link.
TATTOO:
Unfortunately I can’t accept card payments in the studio but I do accept Bank Transfer, Paypal, Cash, or my Gift Vouchers.
Tidycal is a 3rd-party platform that facilitiates appointment booking and securly takes payment.
I will personally draw your design from scratch using any reference you provided during the consultation to create you your very own unique design.
I can include specific elements if stated and I can try and keep some areas of particular fondness but please remember I will NEVER copy anyone’s else’s work.
Your design will always be ready for your appointment. I am unable to guarantee that it will be ready prior to the appointment for you to view. If it is then I will endeavour to send it to you beforehand.
If there are any small/minor alterations needed this generally shouldn’t be a problem at the appointment.
Big changes may alter the appointment time/price etc which could result in the appointment being cancelled/rearranged and loss of deposit.
Therefore I urge you to be sure and clear about what you would like during the consultation period.
Tattoos do hurt but nowhere near as much as you may think!
They are well tolerated (otherwise people would never come back for more) and just get sore over the time they are being worked on.
The best advice is to just to relax and expect a little discomfort.
Please do not use any numbing creams before your appointment without discussing it with me first.
Being prepared for your appointment is really helpful and you can bring and do things to make yourself comfortable.
Please see my Appointment Prep guide for more information.
Ideally I would advise against using numbing cream.
If you are thinking of using it please contact me first and please read my Terms and Conditions.
Tattoos are easy to look after but there’s some definite things to avoid temporarily whilst it is healing.
I have a Tattoo Aftercare guide on here but I will also talk you through aftercare at your appointment.
Types of tattoos as well as locations can vary aftercare a lot.
Please avoid what your friends, family or the internet may recommend because aftercare advice varies so much.
Some advice (even if it worked for that person) could seriously impair the healing and therefore the overall appearance and longevity of your tattoo.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BUDGET FOR TATTOO AFTERCARE!
I don’t currently have any aftercare products for sale, but the aftercare I recommend is very affordable and easy to obtain.
I do not recommend using Bepanthen on your tattoo, while it was once widely advised, aftercare recommendations have changed significantly.
Ideally, only the person getting tattooed should be in the treatment area.
In some cases, however, exceptions can be made. When enquiring or booking is the best time to discuss this. If it’s agreed that someone will accompany you, I can arrange the treatment area to accommodate them.
If you need to cancel or move your appointment please let me know as soon as you can!
If it is for a day session I need a minimum of 1 weeks notice for all other appointment lengths I require a minimum of 48 hours notice. Your deposit will lost be lost if cancelled under these time limits.
I appreciate that things do happen out of our control sometimes and so I will always do my best to accommodate if I can (for example if I can get someone else can fill the appointment) but I can’t guarantee this so please be prepared that the deposit may be lost.
Send me an email to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
You must bring either your photo driving license or passport to the appointment.
If you fail to bring your ID this will result in cancellation of the appointment and loss of your deposit.
There are some things you should do prior to the appointment and some things to bring with you to your appointment.
Please see my Appointment Prep guide for more information.
That’s perfectly normal!
Sometimes tattoos may need a touch up appointment to go over any areas that need blending or darkening.
Please wait 4-6 weeks after your tattoo appointment to get an area touched up, if correct aftercare has been followed there’s no charge for a touch up appointment and you can book one here.
