Just a quick update to say I’m still not well so apologies to all awaiting an email reply! Also I’d like to confirm that I still don’t know what is going on! I keep getting asked about dates, which I can understand, but I don’t know anymore about this situation than anyone else. There’s nothing I’d love more than a return to work date so I can reschedule appointments giving everyone (including me) an answer. All appointments are either cancelled or tentatively booked as we move forward and just have to take each day as it comes. As soon as there is more information I will update on here and will contact everyone individually to reschedule. Until then we just have to sit tight. I will be responding to emails as soon as I am well enough I am sorry for the delay. Thank you for everyone’s continued patience and understanding 🖤

Unfortunately I have absolutely no idea of when exactly I’m able to return and so the waiting time is very difficult to say. The waiting list, however, will offer you one of the first appointments once I’ve rescheduled postponed appointments and given a return date. So after that good news announcement I have no idea what is going on anymore!?! Hinting at lockdown 3.0 coming to an end mid February?? No definite date and as we know from previous lockdowns our industry, being close contact, can be slow to start back up. Therefore I’m going to hold fire on any rescheduling any more January (or February or hell even March) appointments until I have an actual definite return date. January dates that I’ve already rescheduled I may have to reschedule some of you again so please look out for an email in the coming weeks. My waiting list will stay open you can email me to arrange this (no dates being booked yet). All deposits are safe and will be held and transferred to your new, eventual, appointment. All appointments that need to be rebooked will take priority and I’m fully aware that some of you will have been cancelled several times now. I’m so sorry.

I’m still taking emails from tomorrow at 10am and beyond BUT after the recent tier 4 restrictions and after A LOT of consideration I’m going to open this as a waiting list. I can go through your consultation still and take a deposit to secure your booking but your appointment won’t be allocated with a date just yet.
I’m going to have a lot of people to reschedule and with no end date of this lockdown in sight yet it’s a bit of a nightmare! I don’t want to be in a position of having to cancel and reschedule any more people than I have to, not only is it hard work but it’s very disappointing for me and you! So, like during the first lockdown, I’ll be opening my waiting list. As soon as we have a bit more of an idea of when I can return to work (and hopefully no more lockdowns) I can begin to allocate dates. I will be working (until we know more) on a fortnightly basis in line with the government announcements. So basically I have rescheduled the first few weeks of January (up to the 18th when the next announcement is), if the lockdown continues I’ll reschedule the following fortnights appointments and so on.
I can take waiting list appointments at anytime after tomorrow at 10am - via email only. This works in order of contact&deposit and will be contacted in the same order to schedule an appointment as soon as we get the all clear. This is the fairest and most comprehensive way I can see to do this! I hope everyone understands and with just a little bit more patience we will get there!! 🖤 To join the waiting list please include all info (as I have previously posted) and once secured with a deposit you will have secured your place on the waiting list. As soon as we have more idea on dates I will send you and email to book your appointment date 🖤

Wow. So after an amazing Halloween comes some shitty news. If you’ve not already seen/heard we are in another lockdown from Thursday 5th November and the studio will be closed until further notice. Appointments for Tuesday 3rd and Wednesday 4th November are not affected and will go ahead. Essentially anyone booked in for November from the 5th up to the 2nd December will have to be rescheduled 😭 Please bear in mind this at the moment is a “maybe” return date and it may be that the lockdown continues past that date. Quite honestly I’m not sure the best way to tackle this yet so please bear with me! Please do not message me about your appointment I will contact you when we know a bit more about what is going on. I will post on here to keep everyone updated.
I know it’s disappointing and an inconvenience but trust me I am just as much annoyed about this as you are and I need everyone to work with me to get this sorted 🙏🏼 You may have to wait a bit longer but we WILL get there!
